My First Love
Oh no, this isn’t some juicy story about me and somebody! The thing I wake up to, enjoy throughout the day, and go to bed with is MUSIC! I absolutely love music, it’s my first love. Pre-covid I attended concerts throughout the summer. The best concert, hands down, was Erykah Badu. The venue, the vibe, her stage presence, and that voice. She is EVERYTHING! Mary J comes in second. Beyonce gets the award for best performer. I’ve seen Drake several times and those concerts are fun. I attended a Chris Brown concert a few years ago and felt like a chaperone! I did not belong there! And of course, I love all of the old skool concerts I’ve attended. My point is… I LOVE MUSIC! During my photo sessions, I always play music to set the vibe. It usually starts with Beyonce! During a family session, a little Megan Thee Stallion snuck in. I pay more attention to my playlists now! Whatever your vibe is, I’m your DJ for the day. No worries, we won’t sit in awkward silence. There is plenty of singing and dancing in your future. Feel free to send me your playlist ahead of time. After all, it’s your party!
