Blueberry Sensation!

Blueberry Sensation!

This smoothie is my go to when i’m craving sweets. It’s so rich in flavor and you will feel like you are eating ice-cream, but it’s a healthy smoothie! Try it and let me know what you think.

In a blender, mix the following:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter (I prefer chunky)
  • 1 cup or handful of spinach
  • Your favorite vanilla protein powder

Blend and enjoy your treat! If the consistency is too thick for you, add and additional 1/2 cup of water or almond milk.
