Love your body, drink a smoothie!
Using a blender, mix the following:
- 2 Bananas (I prefer frozen, they give your smoothie an ice cream texture) Tip: Every Sunday peel and freeze a week worth of bananas
- 2 cups spinach (two handfuls if you don’t feel like measuring!)
- 1 cup pineapples
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
- Your favorite protein powder (optional)
Pour the smoothie in your favorite cup or bowl and enjoy!
