Love your body, drink a smoothie!

Using a blender, mix the following:

  • 2 Bananas (I prefer frozen, they give your smoothie an ice cream texture) Tip: Every Sunday peel and freeze a week worth of bananas
  • 2 cups spinach (two handfuls if you don’t feel like measuring!)
  • 1 cup pineapples
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • Your favorite protein powder (optional)

Pour the smoothie in your favorite cup or bowl and enjoy!
