Celerlicious

Celerlicious

Yep I made the word up (celerlicious)! However, it’s the best way to describe celery juice. It’s delicious and there are several health benefits associated with juicing. After watching several documentaries about food, researching, reading health books, and experimenting with my own nutrition I’m convinced food can aid in healing our bodies. I’ve been a carnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, flexitarian, and vegan. As I’ve agaed my body and nutritional needs have changed. I can no longer eat the way I did in my twenties! My fat just doesn’t burn the same! After being diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto disease, I decided to pay more attention to what I put in my body. Never wanting to solely depend on medicine to keep me healthy or alive, I turned to natural ways to improve my health. I came across a video on Instagram that featured the health benefits of juicing celery. I’m big on testimonials and there are tons of people sharing their stories about how their health issues are now under control or completely gone due to drinking celery juice. I read the health advocate’s book featured on the Instagram account and I am sold on adding celery juice to my diet. The author suggests drinking 16 or more ounces in the morning on an empty stomach. I must say, the days I start with a glass of celery juice I feel amazing!
