WCW: Taraji P. Henson

This week’s Woman Crush Wednesday is dedicated to Taraji P. Henson. Taraji is known for her many roles in movies and television. She’s talented, beautiful, and in my eyes an everyday shero not only for her contribution to the arts and entertainment but her role as an advocate. In 2018 Taraji launched The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation in honor of her father who suffered with mental health challenges as a result of his tour of duty in the Vietnam War. According to the website the Foundation’s vision is to eradicate the stigma around mental health issues in the African-American community.
